News Flash!! Alumni, Continuing Care, and VIP groups change to Thrusday nights!

As of December 3rd, 2009, Alumni, Continuing Care, and VIP groups will be held on Thursday evenings at 6pm.  As we move forward without ongoing expansion, we find ourselves facing many changes and adjustments, always keeping in mind our service to the recovery process.  One of these changes will be moving the family program families a greater opportunity to participate.  We also find that one change precipitates another and that being the need, therefore to move Alumni, Continuing Care, and VIP to Thursday evenings.  We are aware that these activities have held a permanent slot in the program schedule for many years and we understand that changing the day to Thursday may pose an inconvenience to some.  It is our greatest desire to facilitate the needs of all and we do hope that you will understand and be able to adapt.

Hemet Valley Recovery Center to Open Third Sober Living Home

Hemet Valley Recovery Center provides gender-specific sober living environments for individuals who participate in the Partial Hospitalization or Intensive Outpatient programs. The newly built and elegantly decorated male home (Vista) has a spectacular mountain view with beautiful evening sunsets. Constructed much like the male home, the female home (Mayberry) sits within an oasis of orchard trees. On Friday, October 30th, an additional female home will open for individuals who have completed primary treatment, but who wish to remain in a sober living environment. This "Transitional Home" (Sunset) is serenely nestled in a beautiful new neighborhood. The fourth home, a transitional home for men will be opening shortly. Open House!! You're Invited to View Our New Outpatient Residences!

Hemet Valley Recovery Center is celebrating the addition of two Outpatient Residences; Mayberry Women's Sober Living and Vista Men's Sober Living.

Join us Wednesday, November 4th, 2009 between 11am to 4pm at 43226 Mayberry Avenue, Hemet, CA 92544. 

Activities will include yoga, volleyball, croquet, and badminton.
